I have chosen this object because it is the symbol of Scotland.
Why is this object important to you and what does it mean to you?
This embroidery is important to me because it is a celebration of my Scottish ancestry.
What does this object tell us about what it means to be a Macpherson?
I designed this embroidery as a celebration of my membership to the Clan Macpherson. I wanted to combine two plants, the thistle and the plant badge flower of the clan, White Heather, which is the border of this piece .
